- 1 ½ Cups pasta
- 2 tablespoons pizza-pasta sauce (Ready made Sauce)
- 4 Tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
- ¼ Cup chopped mushrooms
- ¼ Cup sweet corn
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- Salt according to taste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper.
In a pan, add water and salt. Bring it to boil. Add pasta and 1 tablespoon oil. Cook on medium flame till the pasta gets cooked.
After this strain the pasta and run it under tap water to stop it from further cooking.
In a small bowl, add pizza-pasta sauce, cornflour and water. Mix nicely.
Now take another pan. Add oil. Heat it. Add chopped garlic. Saute for a minute.
Add pizza-pasta sauce + cornflour + water mixture. On a low flame, cook this for two minutes. The sauce will start to thicken a bit.
Now add salt (the pizza pasta sauce itself has salt so we have to add salt only for the veggies we are adding, thus add salt accordingly)
Also add pepper and mixed herbs. Mix well.
Now add mushrooms, sweet corn and pasta. Mix nicely.
Cook on a low flame for 2 minutes.
